JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Main Clinic Clinician to join our team. The Main Clinic Clinician will be responsible for providing direct patient care, conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. This role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide individual play therapy, family therapy, and group therapy to clients ages 6-18 and their caregivers both in person and via teletherapy
  
• Provide case management and/or crisis intervention, and engage in a practice of multidisciplinary coordination of care
  
• Complete ongoing documentation in electronic record, including: treatment plan, progress notes, and assessments
  
• Working Monday through Friday, which includes some evenings (i.e., 6-8pm) to accommodate after school appointments is required
  
• Staff are currently hybrid; on site at least 1-2 days per week, with option for additional days based on needs of clients, and remote for other days

The Main Clinic Program believes strongly in connecting clinicians to opportunities for clinical growth. Main Clinic clinicians may have the opportunity to train in the following modalities as training cohorts are available:

• Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
  
• Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
  
• Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC)

Qualifications and credentials:

• LMSW/LCSW or Ph.D./Psy.D.

• Current NYS clinical license

Preferred experience (not required):

• Bilingual
