JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide pediatric services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, and will be able to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing education and support to families, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess and diagnose physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments in children.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve physical and mental health.
  • Educate patients and families on safety and injury prevention.
  • Provide guidance on adaptive equipment for children with disabilities.
  • Develop strategies to improve motor skills, sensory processing, and communication abilities in children.
  • Collaborate with other health care professionals to coordinate treatment plans.

QUALIFICATION

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Board Certified
  • 1500 hours of work with children under 5 in the United States
